Daily maintenance and upkeep of electric valves

1. A dry and ventilated room should be stored, and both ends of the passage should be blocked.

2. Long term storage should be regularly inspected, cleaned of dirt, and coated with anti rust oil on the processing surface.

3. After installation, regular inspections should be carried out, with the main inspection items being:

(1) Wear condition of sealing surface.

(2) Wear of trapezoidal threads on the valve stem and valve stem nut.

(3) Whether the filler is outdated or ineffective, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

(4) After maintenance and assembly, a sealing performance test should be conducted.
