What are the advantages of pneumatic ball valves?

Pneumatic ball valve in the pipeline is mainly used to cut off. It is fast and can well distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. Pneumatic ball valve is a new type of valve widely used in recent years, mainly including pneumatic hard sealed ball valve, pneumatic soft sealed ball valve, pneumatic flange ball valve, pneumatic forged steel ball valve, pneumatic high pressure ball valve, pneumatic high pressure o-type ball valve, pneumatic floating ball valve, pneumatic fixed ball valve and other products. Pneumatic ball valve has the following advantages:

1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to the pipe segment of the same length.

2. Simple structure, small size and light weight.

3. Tight and reliable, the sealing surface material of ball valve is widely used plastic, with good sealing performance, and has been widely used in the vacuum system.

4. Easy operation, quick opening and closing, from full opening to full closing, as long as the rotation of 90°, convenient for remote control.

5. Convenient maintenance, pneumatic ball valve structure is simple, sealing ring is generally active, disassembly and replacement are more convenient.

6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the seat is isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the valve.

7. Wide application range, ranging from a few millimeters to a few meters in diameter, from high vacuum to high pressure.

8. Because the pneumatic ball valve power source is gas, generally 0.2-0.8mpa pressure, relatively safe. If the pneumatic ball valve leakage, relative to hydraulic, electric, gas can be discharged directly, no pollution to the environment, at the same time has a higher safety.

9. Compared with manual and turbine rotary ball valves, pneumatic ball valves can be configured with large caliber. (manual and turbine rotary ball valves are generally below DN300 caliber, while pneumatic ball valves can reach DN1200 caliber at present.)
