Polyamide fiber, commonly known as nylon, is widely used to replace copper and other metals to manufacture bearings, gears, pump blades, valves and other parts in machinery, chemical industry, instrument, automobile and other industries due to its non-toxic, light weight, excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. Spraying polyamide fiber coating on the common nodular cast iron valve plate greatly improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It can be used in sewage, part of chemical liquid, sea water and other media. And the price is more worrying than the common stainless steel valve plate.

The surface of dry valve body for epoxy coating has very good corrosion and wear resistance, and has good resistance in salt solution, grease, alcohol, oil, weak acid, weak alkali and humid environment.

The key part of the seal is the rubber seat. We choose a reasonable structure - tongue groove type, and a reasonable compression ratio, so that the valve in the specified pressure range, without any leakage. Complete sealing is achieved and no visible leakage is found in the air pressure test.
